MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2019 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBES OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting came to order at 5:38 p.m. Items Considered: 1. Complaint No. 19-2-The Board reviewed Complaint No 19-2. It was noted that the Complainant was invited to the meeting but did not attend. After the review, the Board by a unanimous vote tabled the Complaint to allow input from the individual who is the subject of the Complaint. 2. The minutes of the June 24, 2019 meeting of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. The date of the next meeting is December 30, 2019. The meeting was adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
