MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 3, 2020 THE MEETING WAS CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE. Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present: Complainant for Complaint No. 20-3 Complainant for Complaints Nos. 20-4,5,and 6 The meeting came to order at 7:02 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the March 2, 2020 meeting were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaints No. 20-3,4,5,and 6 were discussed with the Complainants and then tabled to give the subjects of the complaints the opportunity to respond to them at another meeting of the Board. The meeting was adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
