MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 18, 2020 THE MEETING WAS CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE. Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present: Subject for Complaints Nos. 4,5. and 6 Complainant for Complaint No. 20-3 Complainant for Complaints Nos. 20-4,5,and 6 The meeting came to order at 7:00 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the June 3, 2020 meeting were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaints No. 20-3,4,and 5 were discussed with the Subject and the Complainants of Complaints Nos. 20-3,4, and 5 and then tabled. The Subject for Complaint No. 20-6 did not attend and that complaint was also tabled. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
