MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JULY 27, 2020 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Member Excused: Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present: Complainant for Complaints Nos. 20-5and 6 Four City Residents The meeting came to order at 6:37 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the July 1, 2020 meeting were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaints No. 20-5 and 6 were discussed by all who were present. After the discussion, the Board decided to again table the complaints for further consideration. The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
