MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2020 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Associate Member The meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. Items Discussed: The minutes of the July 27, 2020 meeting of the Board were approved unanimously. The Board agreed unanimously to go into executive session to discuss matters which may lead to the demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person at 6:49 p.m. The Board agreed unanimously to exit executive session at 7:44 p.m. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
