MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2021 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Member Excused: Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present: Complainant for Complaint No 21-1 Witness The meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. Items Discussed: 1. The minutes of the January 28, 2021 meeting of the Board were approved unanimously. 2. The Board reviewed the documentation concerning Complaint No. 21-1 and discussed it with the Complainant and his daughter. 3. The Chairperson noted that the term of office of Member David Emanatian will expire at the end of the year. Mr. Emanatian stated his willingness to serve another term, if approved by the Common Council. The date of the next meeting will be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
