MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONAY, JANUARY 31, 2022 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the January 10, 2022 meeting of the Board of Ethics were approved unanimously. 2. Complaint No. 21-1-The Board of Ethics discussed Complaint No. 21-1 and reviewed the documentation submitted by the Complainant. The Board of Ethics by a unanimous voted decided that there was insufficient evidence available to them to either confirm or deny the allegation contained in Complaint No. 21-1. 3. The Board of Ethics agreed to send a letter to the Mayor concerning the attendance of City employees at meetings of the Board when requested by the Board. The date of the next meeting of the Board of Ethics will be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
