MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONDAY, July 25, 2022 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Member Excused: Erin Roditis, Alternate Member Also Present:’ Complainant for Complaint No. 22-2 The meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the February 28, 2022 meeting of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaint No. 22-2- The Complainant for Complaint No. 22-2 discussed the Complaint with the members of the Board and answered their questions. The matter will be taken up again at the next meeting. The date of the next meeting of the Board of Ethics will be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. p.m.
