The minutes of the January 18, 2023 meeting of the Board of Ethics were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaint No. 23-1 3. Complaint No. 23-2 The date of the next meeting of the Board of Ethics will be determined in the near future. The meeting was adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
