MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2023 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. Items Considered: 1. The minutes of the August 22, 2022 meeting of the Board of Ethics were approved unanimously. 2. Charles Valenti was unanimously elected as Chairperson of the Board of Ethics for a term of one year. 3. A FOIL Request was received by the Board of Ethics and was answered by the Chairperson on behalf of the Board of Ethics. 4. The 2022 Annual Report of the Board of Ethics was unanimously approved by the Board of Ethics. The date of the next meeting of the Board of Ethics will be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
