MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2023 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Member Excused: Melody Nadeau, Alternate Member Also Present: Complainant for Complaint No. 23-3 The meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. Items Discussed: 1. Minutes of the July 31, 2023 of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaint No. 23-3- The Board discussed the matter with the Complainant and reviewed the documentation which was submitted in support of the Complaint. The date of the next meeting of the Board of Ethics will be determined in the near future. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
