CITY OF COLBY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 508 W Spence St, Colby PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Baumgartner’s Lumber and Material has requested a variance at 508 W Spence Street, Colby. The variance has been requested to allow for the use shipping containers as storage. This would require a variance to Ordinance § 480-88 which prohibits the use of shipping containers in certain zoning districts. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Appeals Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. to hear all persons desiring to be heard in connection with this variance. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Colby City Hall, 211 W Spence Street, Colby, WI. Connie Gurtner, CMC, WCMC City Clerk
