AGENDA ITEM 1 NEW BUSINESS: 7.1 Franchise Extension Agreement: Franchise Extension Agreement between the Columbia River People's Utility District, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, and the City of Columbia City, Oregon. MOVED (EBERT), SECONDED (THISTLE) AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY TO APPROVE THE FRANCHISE EXTENSION AGREEMENT.
