Old Business: Further discussion on Hippley Gardens. 7. New Business: A. Site Plan Review: Brittney Cleeland, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a nutrition store, Columbiana Nutrition, at 4 South Main Street. B. Re-Plat: William Scyoc, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to demo a house, combine the properties and build a new garage on the re-platted property. C. Re-Plat: Jon Vollnogle will be attending the meeting, representing Tyler Furrie, to re-plat Lot 21 Juniper Drive back to Lots 20 & 21. D. Site Plan Review: Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, Josh Dunn, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to create temporary tables and seating on the west side of their building.
