Approve Minutes of Meeting on August 11, 2020 6. Old Business: A. Replat: Rob Struharick, representing Master Plan Builders seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to replat lot # 2 and create lot # 47. 7. New Business: A. Vacate alley: Kevin Kenyon, representing Tin Town Development, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to move forward with plans to vacate portions of three (3) alleys at their Blueberry Drive housing project. B. Amendment to Zoning Map: Attorney Thomas Rodfong, wishes to purchase the office building located at 625 Springfield Road. The office building is in R-1 residential district and borders C-4 commercial district. The Planning Commission granted Thomas approval to use the building as an office building at its June 9th 2020 meeting but Thomas would prefer to have the zoning changed to commercial. C.
