He is going to apply for a federal firearms license. C. Site Plan Review: Karla Lengel seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a boutique and gifts store at 8 South Main Street. D. Site Plan Review: Flynn Auto Group, represented by Jeff Stoy seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open an auto body repair shop at their building located at 43399 County Line Road. E. Site Plan Review: Kaitlynn and Javier Ibarra, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a new restaurant, EL PASO MEXICAN GRILL, at 121 Town Center Avenue. F.
