New Business: A, Site Plan Review: Liam Bentley Abrigg, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a photography/videography studio at 139 Town Center Avenue. B. Site Plan Review: Salem Regional Medical Center, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to build a medical office building 400 Town Center Avenue. C. Preliminary Site Plan Review: Jon Oliver, seeks the Planning Commission’s consideration to move forward with plans to change the zoning to build single family homes on the property that is for sale on East Park Avenue. The property is zoned C-4 and owned by Vernon Elwonger, it is located behind 735 Springfield Road, formerly Columbiana Floral. D. Replat: The City of Columbiana will be purchasing part of the adjoining property at the electric garage located at 1331 Wardingley Avenue. The City would like to include it with their existing property. E. Site Plan Review: Erich Offenburg, Executive Director of the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce, 333 North Main Street. Seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to relocate to the Don Arthurs, My Theater building at 11 North Main Street. F. Site Plan Review: Ken Sheely, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open an antique car repair business at the C Tucker Cope Building, located at 11 East Salem Street.  G. Site Plan Review: Alisha N Schwartz, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a cosmetic studio at 929 East Park Avenue. H. Proposed Zoning Code Amendment: The City of Columbiana Council, seeks the City of Columbiana Planning Commission’s approval to proceed with resolution 21-R-563.Thereby amending section 1270.02 (b) of the Codified Ordnances of the City of Columbiana, Ohio to include professional offices in R-1 zoned areas. 8.
