Replat: Jeremy Mackall, - representing Firestone Homestead LLC, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to replat lot # 1 thus creating lot # 4. D. Replat/Lot Split: Megan Swegan - seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to split the property located at 453 West Southern Avenue. E. Site Plan Review: Nick DeMaiolo - representing Milo Land Company, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to construct two buildings on lot # 4. The proposed building site is located on the corner of Idabelle Circle and Route 7. F. Site Plan Review: Lisa Lorelli - seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a restaurant, Riser Tavern on the Links, at the former Links Banquet Center, located at 105 1/2 St. Andrews Drive. G. Preliminary Site Plan Review: Ray Boyd, - representing S23B Commercial Properties LLC, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to proceed with plans to purchase 6.45 acres on the corner of Route 14 and Springfield Road and build various use buildings.
