With there being no further business to discuss, Mayor Henderson entertained a motion for adjournment. Motion by Councilor Garrett to adjourn the October 22, 2019 Regular Meeting, seconded by Councilor Huff and carried unanimously by the eight members present, with Mayor Pro Tem Turner Pugh and Councilor Woodson being absent from the meeting, with the time being 7:01 p.m. Page 13 of 13
