City Manager Isaiah Hugley, City Attorney Clifton Fay, Clerk of Council Sandra T. Davis, and Deputy Clerk of Council Lindsey G. McLemore were present. ABSENT: Councilors Jerry “Pops” Barnes, Glenn Davis, and Judy W. Thomas were absent. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor B. H. Davis CITY ATTORNEY’S AGENDA RESOLUTION City Attorney’s Agenda #1: Vote Result: APPROVED 1. A Resolution authorizing to continue its designation of additional temporary alternative locations for all Superior, State, Municipal, and Magistrate Courts sitting in Muscogee County, which was established in Resolution No. 004-21, up to and until June 30, 2022, to hold proceedings during the COVID-19 reopening period. With there being no further business to discuss, Mayor Henderson entertained a motion for adjournment. Motion by Councilor Crabb to adjourn the June 29, 2021, Special Called Meeting, seconded by Councilor Woodson and carried unanimously by the seven members present, with Councilors Barnes, Davis and Thomas being absent for the meeting, and the time being 9:05 a.m. Page 2 of 2
