MINUTES of COLUMBUS COMMON COUNCIL – COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE SPECIAL MEETING - TUESDAY, July 16th 2019 COLUMBUS CITY HALL 105 N. DICKASON BOULEVARD 1. Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m. by Council President Traxler. 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Johnson, Traxler, Thom, Reid. Excused: Theilen, Ryan, Gray 3. Notice of compliance with Open Meeting law—Notice of Meeting and Posted Agenda by Traxler. 4. Motion by Thom to approve agenda as presented. Seconded by Reid. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 5. Motion by Johnson to convene to closed session per SS 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (City Administrator 360 review).Seconded by Reid. Roll call: Johnson, Traxler, Thom, Reid - Aye. Unanimous. 6. Motion by Thom to reconvene to open session. Seconded by Johnson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 7. Motion by Thom to Adjourn. Seconded by Reid. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
