COLUMBUS COMMON COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY, FERBUARY 6, 2020 – 6:30 PM COLUMBUS HIGH SCHOOL LIBARARY 1164 FARNHAM STREET 1. Roll Call: Present: Council President Traxler, Alders Gray, Johnson, Reid, Ryan, Mayor Thom, Alder Theilen was excused; Director of Planning and Development Schreiber, City Consultant Jason Valerius. The Columbus School Board and interested citizens were also present. 2. Notice of Open Meeting: Noted as posted 3. Approve Agenda Motion by Ryan, second by Reid to approve the agenda as posted. Motion Carried voice vote. 4. Information and discussion with Columbus School Board about the City of Columbus Road Map 2050 Project: The City’s Consultant provided a presentation regarding the development of the Roadmap 2050 plan. 5. Information and discussion with Columbus School Board about the Columbus School District Launching a Legacy project, including school facilities planning update: The Columbus School Board provided a review of the Launching a Legacy project which included a school facilities planning update. 6.
