Roll Call: Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm by Council President Traxler. Present: Gray, Johnson, Reid, Ryan, Thom, Traxler. Excused Theilen. 2. Notice of Open Meeting: Noted as posted. 3. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Ryan, second by Gray to approve agenda. Carried voice vote. 4. Move to adjourn to closed session pursuant to State Statues 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; to confer with contracted recruitment Service consultant, Public Administration Associates (PAA) regarding the review of potential candidates who have applied for the open position of City Administrator/Treasurer: Motion by Gray, second by Ryan to convene to closed session per State Statues 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; to confer with contracted recruitment Service consultant, Public Administration Associates (PAA) regarding the review of potential candidates who have applied for the open position of City Administrator/Treasurer.
