Call To Order/Roll Call 4:00 PM A regular meeting of the Citizens Public Safety Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Bierwiler on December 8 , 2023, at 4:11 PM. Present 6 - Board Member Rodrigo Luevano, Board Member Gavin Strickland, Board Member David Bierweiler, Board Member Jennie Loveridge, Board Member Tim Stewart, and Board Member Scott Hefty Excused 3 - Board Member Roxanne Nice, Board Member Scott Rose, and Board Member Tracee Perkins 2. Approval of Minutes This was approved 3. Finalize 2024 Budget - No action taken 4. Finalize 2024 Board Activities/ Events - A discussion of going "Where the people are" and different ideas of how to participate in different community events. - Establish partnerships with some Faith based communities; Our Lady Mother of Church in the core City and the Landing Place Church in the north area. - Getting the Active Adults community involved - Police Department staff members provided updates on the following items. - CALEA Accreditation Manager - Flock Safety System - Gunlock Giveaway - Recruitment Updates - The Employee Appreciation Holiday Event, December 15th Commerce City Page 1 Citizens Public Safety Advisory Meeting Minutes - Final December 7, 2023 Board 5. 2024 Meeting Schedule - Schedule will remain the same according to the bylaws; fourth Thursday of each month. 6.
