Approval of Minutes This was approved 3. Focused Support of Neighborhood Watch Groups - Board discussed the idea of starting one group to make sure they are up and running and using that group as a beta test. -Block Captain selection strategies 4. Draft 2024 Budget 2024 Budget plans include increased marketing and the following items: - Attend three Concert in the Park events as a community engagement opportunity while handing out swag. - $2,000.00 - Memorial Day Parade donation of $500.00 - Ralston House Pinwheel Garden donation of $100.00 - National Police Week event donation of $600.00 - National Night Out event donation of $1,500.00 - Donation for the Costumes with a Cop, Pre-cooked Thanksgiving meals for community members in need, and PD Christmas event 5. Identify 2024 Activities/ Events for Board Attendance/ Support - One board member that will attend all Quarterly Commanders Meetings. Axon-New Records Management System (RMS) 2. Brinc Drone; Lemur 2 presentation 3. Fusus Camera system 4. Revised Retention Reward 5. Recruitment Referral program 8.
