Swearing In of New and Returning Council Members An invocation was given by Pastor Young. Municipal Judge Juarez swore in: Mayor Ford, Council Member Teter, Council Member Diaz, Council Member Elliott and Council Member Douglas 2. Call to Order/Roll Call The organizational meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Ford on December 7, 2015, at 8:00 PM. Present: 9 - Mayor Sean Ford , Council Member Jadie Carson, Council Member Rick A. Teter, Mayor Pro Tem René Bullock, Council Member Crystal Elliott, Council Member Jason McEldowney, Council Member Steven J. Douglas, Council Member Andrew Amador and Council Member Paolo Diaz 3. Appointment of Mayor Pro Tem Mayor Ford appointed Council Member Bullock as Mayor Pro Tem for this term. 4. Boards and Commissions/Committees Appointments Discussion Council was provided a list of all the boards, commissions, and committees that members serve on. Mayor Ford asked council to review the list and be ready to make appointments at their next business meeting. 5. Adjourn to Reception The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm. Commerce City Page 1
