Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on July 12, 2021, at 6:00 PM. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Frank, seconded by Council Member Allen-Thomas, to excuse members not present. VOTE: Aye - 8, Excused - 1 (Hurst) 2. Referral of Administrative Subdivision Application 21-101 Oakwood Homes request for approval of Reunion Ridge Filing No.1, Amendment No. 4 A motion was made by Mayor Huseman, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Frank, to refer the administrative subdivision case on Reunion Ridge Filing No. 1, Amendment No. 4, to the Planning Commission and City Council for public hearing. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 1 - Nay (Grimes), 1 - Excused (Hurst) 3. Administrative Council Business 21-102 Discussion on Temporarily Continuing Virtual Meetings Following End of the Local Emergency Declaration. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Frank, seconded by Council Member Guardiola, to conduct all meetings except study sessions virtually through the end of July and authorizing boards, commissions and subcommittees to meet virtually through the end of August. A motion was made by Council Member Noble, seconded by Council Member Grimes, to amend the motion to require all quasi-judicial boards to meet in-person.
