Call to Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on July 19, 2021, at 7:23 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Madera, seconded by Council Member Grimes, to excuse members not present. There will be the opportunity for public comment at the meeting during citizen communication and/or for each agenda item. Comments may be consolidated under the Citizen Comment part of the meeting. Pres 21-295 Environmental Planning & Policy Monthly Update Domenic Martinelli, Environmental Planner, provided the environmental planning & policy monthly update. 5. Mayor Huseman opened the public hearing. Domenic Martinelli, environmental planner, gave the staff presentation. Xcel Energy presented on the project and answered questions from Council. No public comment was received. Mayor Huseman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Council Member Grimes, seconded by Council Member Madera, to accept the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission on case # CU-129-21.
