Call to Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on November 1, 2021, at 6:17 PM. A motion was made Council Member Hurst, seconded by Council Member Allen-Thomas, to excuse members not present. A motion was made by Council Member Allen-Thomas, seconded by Noble, to have City staff explore the cost and logistics of the instillation of EV charging stations throughout the City and bring those findings back to Council. Presentations Pres 21-93 Oil and Gas and Environmental Planning and Policy Monthly Update Anita Riley, Principal Planner, provided the environmental planning & policy monthly update. 7. Council Reports City Manager Tinklenberg highlighted items presented in his weekly report provided to council earlier. The mayor and council reported on their attendance at various meetings and events. 12. Executive Session 21-164 An executive session of the City Council and staff and consultants pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(F) for the purpose of discussion of the annual evaluations of the City Manager.
