1. Call To Order/Roll Call
Present 7 - Board Member Abraham Ramirez, Board Member Angela Ramirez, Board
Member Debra Bullock, Board Member Ed Hanson, Board Member Gary
Kidd, Board Member Jacob Wilson, and Board Member Lucy Molina
Excused 4 - Board Member Joel Georgia, Council Regular Jose Guardiola, Board
Member Kristi Douglas, and Board Member Kristin Henning
Absent 1 - Council Regular Crystal Elliott
2. Welcome/Guest and New Member Introductions
City staff members, Jodi Hardee and Cheryl Steinberg were present.

Public Art/Others
o Rotating Art Exhibit Update
Bullock reported that the Cultural Council and CCHS will host next exhibit with
Commerce City landmarks. Bullock requested members to send available photos for
exhibit; “then and now” photos of old buildings. Board members discussed the need to
provide the same size and quality of frames for exhibits.
o Art Wrap-Leadership Commerce City-Cultural Council
Bullock reported that Leadership Commerce City is doing two wraps, one at RMANWR,
not sure on other location. Invite Leadership Commerce City to speak at April meeting.
Hold off on funding until then.
o Public Art Committee Fronterra
Bullock reported that a meeting was held at Fronterra Park to select site location; call
for artists was posted.
o District Art Show Adams 14
Bullock reported that the 27J art show is on April 30; event flier is coming.
o Care and Maintenance recommendations for public art
No update.

Music in the Park
o Band selection is complete and contracts are complete.
o Food Trucks: Abe Ramirez had questions about city food truck licensing.
o Flyer dates and bands: Board provided feedback to staff member Hardee to
update flier. Board requested that fliers rotate on TV screens at recreation centers.
Fundraising
Hanson presented a Power Point on fundraising. Board reviewed sponsorship letter and
list of past donors. Wilson inquired if a list of businesses can be provided by the city.
Board discussed a desire to increase individual giving and brainstormed ideas. Board
will review sponsorship brochure at April meeting.
o SCFD Report was completed
o SCFD Grant deadline, March 22. Bullock reported that Villarreal is working on this.
• QCF Grant report and application were completed and submitted
• Commerce City Eats September 22-30
No update.
• Marketing Materials needs: new tent, box for supplies, t-shirts.
No update.
• Social Media and Calendar for 2020 status - Joel
No update
• Sponsorships
