Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Harnoor Hundal, Emmanuel Zamora, Michael Kelley, Rene Bullock, Stephani Struwe, Jasnoor Kaur, Jordan Robinette, Brianna Talmadge, Miguel Arvizu, Jahaira Bueno, Jazmin Bueno Absent: Councilman Guardiola, Councilwoman Frank, Kyle Pham, Diana Munoz, Kyra Dixon, Andrea Jimenez 2. Ice Breaker • Ice Breaker Rene Bullock led commissioners in an ice breaker. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 02/21/2019 Attachments: Minutes Commissioner Zamora motioned to approve February 21, 2019 meeting minutes with said edits. Commissioner Struwe seconded. Motion was approved. This Minutes was approved 4. New Business • Co-Chair Election An election was held to fill the remaining term of the CCYC Co-Chair after former Commissioner Ornelas resignation. Commissioners Robinette and Talmadge self-nominated. After consideration, Commissioner Robinette was voted in by the commissioners. Commissioner Robinette accepted the position as the new CCYC co-chair. • 2019 CCYC Conference Commissioners discussed the 2019 CCYC Conference details. Commissioners decided that this year the conference will be held on Wednesday, October 16. • Calendar of Events State Capitol Visit, March 27 5.
