Call To Order/Roll Call Chairperson Ford called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Huseman, seconded by Commissioner Guardiola, to excuse Commissioner Tedesco from the meeting. VOTE: 11 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Tedesco). Present: 11 - Crystal Elliott, Steven J. Douglas, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Benjamin Huseman, Jose Guardiola, Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Harvest Thomas, Steve Davis and Alex Fairfield Excused: 1 - Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Executive Session 19-15 An executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), of the Authority and its attorneys and staff for the purpose of receiving legal advice and for determining positions, developing strategy, and instructing negotiators relating to the phased master development agreement, Urban Renewal Plan, and a potential purchase and sale agreement for the Mile High Greyhound Park. A motion was made by Vice Chair Teter, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to enter into an executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), of the Authority and its attorneys and staff for the purpose of receiving legal advice and for determining positions, developing strategy, and instructing negotiators relating to the phased master development agreement, Urban Renewal Plan, and a potential purchase and sale agreement for the Mile High Greyhound Park.
