Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Councilman Jose Guardiola, Abraham Ramirez, Ronna Sanchez, Sandra Escobar, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Johni Grabinski, Samantha Hunt. Absent: Lucy Molina, Councilman Craig Hurst. 2. Regular Business Items Financial Update Board member gave an update on recent statement. Complete outside hours (online) document Approval of Minutes Minutes 08/11/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve by Sanchez. Seconded by Hunt. Motion unanimously approved. 3. Committee Reports and Discussion PUBLIC ART/ART SHOWS Hunt has been looking into a couple different platforms to do our art shows virtually. Call for artists and online submission form are being drafted. Board has agreed to move forward with a vendor. Members have also agreed to limit 5 pieces per artist but artists can re-submit. Commerce City Eats Motion to postpone until spring by Angela Ramirez. Riggs-Gonzales seconds. Unanimously approved. SOCIAL MEDIA Stats are increasing at a slower pace. Abe Ramirez asked if we can resume the meet the members/join the board posts. Other Seminar: Exploring Race Matters. Abe Ramirez participated in a 3-day event. New Business This years retreat will take place virtually. Potential dates 10/10 or 10/17. Staff will send out an email to determine which dates works best.
