Call to Order A regular meeting of the Cultural Council was called to order by Chair Martin at 6:02 p.m. Present 6 - Board Member Augusta Jonhart, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Board Member Jennifer Martin, Board Member Kelly Reyos, Ronna Sanchez, and Board Member Ronna Sanchez Absent 2 - Board Member Linda Barr, and Board Member Lucas (luke) Henderson 2. Ice Breaker The Cultural Council participated in an ice breaker. 3. Approval of Minutes This was approved Min 23-052 Minutes of Jan. 17, 2023 Meeting A motion was made by Member Sanchez to approve the minutes of the Jan. 17, 2023 meeting. Member Arce seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 4. Grants & Finance Update Member Sanchez gave the grants and finance update. 5. Monthly Public Art Update Deputy City Clerk Jordan Roberts presented on the SCFD funding opportunity. Council Member Douglas made a motion to apply for SCFD funding for a traffic control box public art project. Member Arce seconded the motion which was passed unanimously. 6. New Business The Cultural Council discussed the purchase of a new prize selection wheel. Member Arce made a motion to have staff purchase a new prize wheel not to exceed $400. Member Riggs-Gonzales seconded the motion which was passed unanimously. 8. Old Business None. 9.
