Call To Order Chair Martin called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Present 6 - Board Member Augusta Jonhart, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Board Member Jennifer Martin, Board Member Kelly Reyos, Ronna Sanchez, and Board Member Kristi Douglas Absent 3 - Board Member Linda Barr, Board Member Lupita Arce, and Board Member Craig Hurst 2. Community Time Chair Martin led community time. 3. Grants and Finance Update Board member Sanchez provided a grants and finance update. The Board discussed. 4. Monthly Public Art Update: A. Fire Hydrant Application Review & Selection The Board selected 12 designs for the Art on Water: Fire Hydrants Program. B. Student Mural Request The Board discussed the student mural request. 5. Subcommittee Reports: A. Governance No update. B. Visual Arts No update. C. Performance Arts Board member Sanchez and Vice Chair Riggs-Gonzalez provided an update on the Music in the Park series. D. July Meeting Format Chair Martin started a discussion on the July monthly meeting. Councilwoman Douglas made a motion to cancel the July meeting. Board member Sanchez seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. Board member Riggs-Gonzalez made a motion to host an in-person meeting in August, September and October.
