Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:04pm. Attendees: Jen Martin, Ronna Sanchez, Jackie Riggs-Gonzales, Nick Gonzales, Augusta Jonhart, Tyler Vitello, Jade Humphries, and Deana Hall. Absent: Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Kelly Reyos, Omar Lozano 2. Community Time Check ins around the table. 3. Approval of Minutes Min 25-047 Cultural Council January Meeting Minutes Ronna moved to approve the January meeting minutes. Tyler seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. 4. Public Comment None 5. Grants & Finance Monthly Update Ronna presented - healthy balance, QCF grant is submitted and SCFD grant is almost done. The SCFD grant will be for Juneteenth 2026. 6. Subcommittee Reports A. Music in the Park Secured vendors - stage and sound, bands, parks. City to provide food. Still working to acquire gift cards. Ronna moved to approve the permanent install of artwork from Sand Creek Regional Greenway into Eagle Pointe Rec Center with the recommendation of a painted outline around the buffalo to help it stand out. Tyler seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. C. Art Exhibitions No updates D. Community Engagement & Partnerships No updates 7. New Business Group discussed file organization in the Sharepoint and creating a "Continuity Book" to collect process and debrief notes of past events and programs. Staff will prepare files and help members gain access to existing folder to move this process forward. 8.
