Teter, and Vice Chair Ted Ertl Approval of Minutes: This was approved Aye: 4- Chair Mercado, Alternate Board Member Hall, Council Regular Teter and Vice Chair Ertl Min 19-109 April 16, 2019 Attachments: Minutes Case(s): Pres 19-378 DRB-074-19: Joel David Martinez is requesting approval to replace an existing chain link fence with a stone and vinyl fence at 6526 E. 72nd Place, Commerce City, CO 80022 Attachments: Staff Report Fence Pictures Site Plan Board was in favor of design and color of fence. Vice Chairperson Ertl made the following motion: "Based upon the finding that the application meets the design principles of the Derby Design Guidelines, I move that the Derby Review Board grant approval in case DRB-074-19, a Derby redevelopment application for the property located at 6526 East 72nd Place." Board Member Hall seconded the motion. VOTE: All in favor. Aye: 4- Chair Mercado, Alternate Board Member Hall, Council Regular Teter and Vice Chair Ertl Board Business: Esther Hall mentioned that the windows at 6525 E. 72nd Place had windows installed that were not approved by the Derby Board and would like staff check on compliance. Staff Business: Staff is hosting a public meeting for the Historic Preservation Ordinance onWednesday at Eagle Pointe Recreation Center from 4 - 6pm.
