Introductions Meeting started at 6:00 PM Present 11 - Anmol Singh, Bianca Gonzalez-De La Rosa, Frederick Alfred Jr, Iona LongSoldier, Keena Day, Kelly LaRue, Michelle Spreutels Martinez, Modupeola Albert, Nicole Corder, Phazaria Koonce, and Vanina Capitaine 2. Chair and Vice Chair Nominations Frederick Alfred Jr was elected chair, Michelle Spreutels Martinez was elected vice chair and discussion commenced around the length of term of officers. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous. 3. Secretary Nominations Keena Day was elected secretary. 4. Initial Charter Discussion The commission discussed developing its charter using resources from other municipalities and the resolution establishing the commission. 5. Other Business 21-22 Resource Material for 2/24/2021 Diversity and Inclusion Commission Meeting The commission reviewed the attached material and incorporated the items into the discussion. 6.
