Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. Present: Laurel Eller, Billy Gurr, Sheryl Carstens, Revisha Martinez, Jennifer Prather, Jacob Sawaged, Catherine Brady, Tonia Lopez Absent: Ingrid Barnett 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/26/2021 Attachments: Minutes Board member Sawaged motioned to approve minutes. Member Martinez seconded. Meeting minutes were approved. 3. Regular Business 2020 Grant Reports Members Prather and Brady provided the board with a summary of all submitted grant reports from the 2020 grant awardees. One organization did not submit a grant report, therefore will not be eligible for 2021 funds. Four organizations need further clarification on their submitted documentation. Staff will reach out to those four organizations and get back to the board. Golf Tournament Date for 2021 fundraiser is penciled in for June 4 at Buffalo Run Golf Course. Members Lopez and Eller met with Dale Mingilton from the Adams 14 Foundation to discuss a potential partnership. Eller motioned that in the next couple of weeks she and Gurr will put together a proposal with details to ensure the partnership will work, otherwise the golf tournament will be canceled. Gurr seconded the motion. Members approved the motion. Members Eller and Gurr will chair the event and members Brady and Lopez will chair the auction committee. 4. Other 5.
