Presentations Extension Request Hearing for the Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturer and Retail Cultivation Licenses for Ty Webb Enterprises LLC located at 9792 Hanover Ct Appearances: Brian Swann #51394- on behalf of the City Mark Prescott- owner Prescott testified to anticipated completion date, complications, set backs, and delays in the building process. The Hearing Officer made follow up questions to Prescott. Swann testified to City's position and concerns with the applicant's process. Prescott responded. Swann responded. The Hearing Officer made comments and granted the extension until May 24th. 4.
