DEI Short- and Long-Term Goals Staff presented final draft of Short- and Long-Term Goals. Presentations Staff presented on Robert's Rules of Order. DEI Needs Assessment Subcommittee Beth Mulligan from Corona Insights presented on the City's DEI Needs Assessment and requested support from Commission in guiding the assessment. LaRue motioned to create a DEI Subcommittee of Two Members to assist with DEI Needs Assessment. Capitane seconded. Aye - 9 Nay - 0 Abstain - 0 After discussion about volunteers, Corder motioned to appoint Commissioners Gonzalez and LaRue to the Needs Assessment Subcommittee. LongSoldier seconded. Aye - 9 Nay - 0 Abstain - 0 8. Proclamations Capitane volunteered to write Holocaust Remembrance Proclamation and LaRue volunteered to provide Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day proclamation.
