Consent Agenda Ord CGID 01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2013 BUDGET OF THE E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ECAGID) BY ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF THE SUM OF $2,500,000 FROM THE NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (NIGID), APPROPRIATING SAID $2,500,000 BY THE ECAGID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDURE THEREOF. Board Attorney Bob Gehler read the title. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that this CGID Ordinance be approved on second & final reading. VOTE: Aye: 8- Board Member Amador, Board Member Benson, Board Member McEldowney, Board Member Carson, President Ford, Vice Chair Bullock, Board Member Teter and Board Member Douglas Excused: 1- Board Member Elliott 3. Public Hearings Chair Person Ford opened the public hearing. Fianance Director Roger Tinklingberg presented the 2014 proposed budget estimates and stated that this resolution is a place holder until actual number come available January 2014. Res CGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET AND 2013-08 CERTIFICATION OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ECAGID) A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, to continue the public hearing for Resolution CGID 2013-08 to November 4, 2013. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 4. Administrative Business 13-0042 Motion to appoint election judges Board Member McEldowney moved and Vice Chair Bullock seconded to appoint Sandy Carruthers and Carlotta Barnes as election judges in the upcoming November 5, 2013 E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District election.
