Call To Order/Roll Call Board Member McEldowney moved and Vice Chair Bullock seconded to excuse Board Member Elliott for tonights meeting. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Public Hearings Chair Person Ford opened the public hearing. Fianance Director Roger Tinklingberg presented the 2014 proposed budget estimates and stated that this resolution is a place holder until actual number come available January 2014. Once expenditures come in the budget will be amended to reflect such. Chair Person Ford closed the public hearing. Res RGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET AND 2013-03 CERTIFICATION OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE E-470 RESIDENTIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ERAGID) FOR THE YEAR 2013 A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, to continue the public hearing for Resolution RGID to November 4, 2013. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Administrative Business 13-0043 Motion to appoint election judges Board Member McEldowney moved and Vice Chair Bullock seconded to appoint Sandy Carruthers and Carlotta Barnes as election judges in the upcoming November 5, 2013 E-470 Residential Area General Improvement District election.
