Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on November 17, 2014, at 9:19 PM. Present: 8 - Crystal Elliott, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Steven J. Douglas, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock, Andrew Amador and Jim Benson 2. Public Hearings Ord ECAGID 08 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE COMMERCE CITY E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Jenny Axmacher appeared before the board. She testified that the applicant, 96th Tower Investors, LLC, is seeking to include the commercial portion of this property located at the Northeast corner of 96th Avenue and Tower Road into the E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District. There are no immediate plans for development. No one appeared to speak in favor or opposition of this inclusion and Chairman Ford closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member Benson, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading. VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Elliott, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Douglas, Carson, Board Member McEldowney, Vice Chair Bullock, Board Member Amador and Board Member Benson 3.
