Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City E-470 Residential Area General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on November 17, 2014, at 9:22 pm. Present: 9 - Jim Benson, Crystal Elliott, Steven J. Douglas, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Andrew Amador, Jadie Carson, René Bullock and Jason McEldowney 2. Public Hearings Ord ERAGID 02 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE COMMERCE CITY E-470 RESIDENTIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Jenny Axmacher appeared before the board. She testified that 96th Tower Investors, LLC, located at the Northeast corner of East 96th and Tower Road, is seeking inclusion into the Commerce City E-470 Residential Area General Improvement District. A director's parcel from this development was used to create the district and this inclusion petition is to include the rest of the residential portion of the property. No one appeared to speak in favor or opposition of the inclusion and the public hearing portion of the meeting was closed. A motion was made by Board Member Benson, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading. VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Benson, Board Member Elliott, Board Member Douglas, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Amador, Board Member Carson, Vice Chair Bullock and Board Member McEldowney 3.
