Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on Monday, June 20, 2016, at 7:00 PM. Present: 9 - Andrew Amador, Crystal Elliott, Jadie Carson, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Steven J. Douglas, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min ECAGID ECAGID Meeting minutes of October 19, 2015 16-02 A motion was made by Board Member Douglas, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, to allow Board Members Carson and Diaz to abstain from voting on the minutes of October 19, 2015. Board Member Carson had an excused absence and Board Member Diaz was not a seated member of the board at the time. VOTE: 7 aye, 2 abstain (Carson, Diaz) A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Teter, that the minutes be approved. VOTE: Aye: 7- Board Member Amador, Board Member Elliott, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Douglas, Board Member McEldowney and Vice Chair Bullock Abstained: 2- Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz Min ECAGID ECAGID Meeting minutes of November 2, 2015 16-03 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Amador, to allow Chairman Ford and Board Member Diaz to abstain from voting on the minutes of November 2, 2015. Resolutions Res ECAGID RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INCLUSION AND ANNEXATION 16-04 REQUIREMENTS A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Res ECAGID RESOLUTION APPROVING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 16-05 FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING PROPERTIES WITH WATER AND WASTEWATER FACILITIES A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Amador, that the resolution be approved.
