Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. Present: 9 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Jose Guardiola, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes and Robyn Smith 2. Resolutions Res ECAGID RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO 2021-01 NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A LOAN RATE LOCK AGREEMENT WITH ZIONS BANCORPORATION, N.A. DBA VECTRA BANK COLORADO Roger Tinklenberg, Interim City Manager, provided a brief overview of the resolution and the rate lock loan agreement. A motion was made by Board Member Hurst, seconded by Board Member Grimes, that this resolution be adopted. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3.
