Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City E-470 Residential Area General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on Monday, October 17, 2016, at 8:18 p.m. Present: 9 - Andrew Amador, Jason McEldowney, Crystal Elliott, Steven J. Douglas, René Bullock, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Jadie Carson and Paolo Diaz 2. Approval of Minutes Min ERAGID Meeting Minutes of June 20, 2016 16-05 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Consent Agenda A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member Amador, to approve the consent agenda as presented. ROLL CALL VOTE: Aye: 9- Board Member Amador, Board Member McEldowney, Board Member Elliott, Board Member Douglas, Vice Chair Bullock, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Carson and Board Member Diaz Res ERAGID RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TERMINATING 16-07 TOWER ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FUNDING AGREEMENT 4. Public Hearings Res ERAGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2017 BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION 16-04 OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE E-470 RESIDENTIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ERAGID) Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Finance Director Sheryl Carstens appeared before the board to present the budget. Ms. Carstens stated that revenues and expenditures are based on the mill levy valuation received from the county. When the mill levy is certified it will be at 30 mills. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Teter, that this resolution be continued to November 7, 2016. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 5.
