Call To Order/Roll Call - The meeting was called to order 4pm Present 11 - Regular Member Rebecca Perez, Regular Member Lucy Molina, Regular Member Laura Martinez, Regular Member Trudy Smith, Regular Member Renata Trisilawati, Regular Member Darci Martinez, Regular Member Ronna Sanchez, Regular Member Derick Singleton, Alternate Commissioner David Williams, Regular Member Steven Vanheusen, and Kristi Douglas Absent 1 - Regular Member Aliyah Acevedo 2. Approval of Minutes June minutes approved by the following individuals: ○Trudy Smith motioned to approve ○Renata Trisilawati seconded 3. Adams County Health Study This item was presented by Darci Martinez. 4. Community Change and E3 2Q Updates Rosemarie provided updates about the Community Change Grant and other city programs. 5. Climate Emergency Resolution Discussion and Template As requested, Rosemarie provided two examples of Climate Emergency Resolutions – one at the federal level and a local example. Lucy Molina is interested in presenting and Council members Douglas and Chacon want to sponsor. 6. CLEAN Updates Renata provided a Colorado Local Entities Air Network (CLEAN) Update. Anti-Idling Ordinance Study Session: July 8th Scheduled - First Reading: TBD Rosemarie will present Anti-Idling Ordinance Study Session: July 8th Study Session Scheduled – First Reading: TBD. Group Reports and Close Out David Williams discussed the Council training that he and Scott attended. The City Clerk will be providing a copy of the new Bob’s Rules of Order for all the boards and commissions. As the Chair Trudy Smith has discretion about formally or informally adopting Bob’s Rules of Order. EPAC can discuss further after everyone has the opportunity to review. Laura reminded everyone about the date and location of Eco-Fiesta. 11. Adjourn This meeting adjourn at 5pm.
