Call To Order/Roll Call Hearing Officer Ablao called the meeting to order at 11:25 a.m. 2. Public Hearings Pres 17-87 New Application - Beer & Wine Liquor License CraftPour House dba Pour Tap House 12433 E. 104th Place Commerce City, CO 80640 Jesse Martinez appeared on behalf of the applicant and was sworn in. He testified to the proposed business operation, hours of operation and training program for employees. The business is anticipated to open in the fall of 2017. Kelly Pietrs from Esquire Petitioning was sworn in and testified to the petition process and findings.Those findings were 94.1% in favor of the license being granted. No one appeared to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the application and the public hearing was closed. Hearing Officer Ablao approved the application finding that the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the issuance of the license; the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, for the type of license being sought, are not currently being met; the number, type and availability of liquor outlets, located in or near the neighborhood, do not preclude the issuance of the license; and the applicant, at this time, is qualified to conduct the type of business proposed. The approval is conditional upon the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the building department, satisfactory inspection of the finished premises by the police department, satisfactory results of any background investigations and compliance with the liquor code, rules, regulations and municipal ordinances. Pursuant to C.R.S.. 12-47-312(4), the license will not actually be issued until such time as the building has been inspected by the police department to determine compliance with the diagram submitted with this application. 3.
